1. How did you get involved in sports?
2. Do you participate in many races?
3. What motivates you to train and compete harder?
4. What do you hope to achieve in the coming year?
5. What are your top three nutrition tips?
Consider your current physical state and race goals before planning your meals. Aim to provide your body with the proper fuel to meet your fitness level, whether you consider yourself a beginner or advanced athlete.
Prioritize hydration. As athletes, staying on top of hydration is the best thing you can do to set yourself up for success. The minimum amount is a great starting place because it should help you avoid the pitfalls such as fatigue, cramping, dizziness and irritability.
Make friends with your macronutrients. When eating for performance, being consistent with the portion sizes of your protein, carbs, fat, and vegetable is key.
6. How did you hear about Beet It Sport and how it helped your sporting performance?
I have heard lots of positive feedback about beetroot juice and the health benefits that it comes with. It cannot be denied as it’s all backed up by scientific evidence.
A friend of mine tried and told me it is a top product and lots of hype about it, so I thought I’d give it a try. Now I have been drinking Beet It Sport shots for over 3 years. It definitely gave me that extra boost of energy and general health, I feel that I was able to last longer aerobically during my endurance running.
